Lisa has more than 30 years of real estate experience, including residential, new construction, multi-family management and development, commercial management and development, and site selection. Her years of experience have served her well in guiding her clients through some of the most weighted financial decisions they will ever make. She takes her fiduciary responsibility seriously and she is well known for being a diligent client advocate.

As a residential real estate agent, Lisa's keen sense of business helped drive her career almost immediately. She was able to serve more than 40 families her first 18 months and knew she quickly understood she would need to hire an amazing team of agents to meet the demand. In an effort to continue providing clients with the high level of service they deserved, she formed a group comprised of top tiered agents. Since 2013, The Lisa Birdsong Group has continued to grow and develop a business that is nearly 88% repeat clients or referrals.  To this day, the Birdsong Group ranks in the Top 100 of all agents in DFW, which is comprised of more than 20,000 licensed agents.
