According to Steve Brown, with the Dallas Morning News, 'more than 200 people a day are moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth area'. There doesn't appear to be a slow down in the near future either, based on continued job and population growth. In a recent article, Steve noted that North Texas has added nearly 117,000 jobs in the last 12 months.

It's those sort of numbers that continue to drive the strength of the housing market. We have seen considerable value increases in areas like Frisco, Prosper, Dallas, Southlake, Flower Mound, Westlake, Allen, McKinney and more. Homeowners are cashing in on the substantial equity their homes are offering right now. But don't despair, great deals on homes can still be found for buyers, in spite of the continued growth.

We specialize in helping buyers and sellers across North Texas, and our proven negotiation skills have earned us high marks with our clients. If you've thought of buying or selling, contact us so that we may guide you in your real estate transactions. We look forward to talking with you soon.
